My plate is full. I have EVERYTHING to do - kid to be picked up in 10 minutes, dishwasher full of clean dishes and a sink full of dirty ones from last night. Prescriptions to be picked up, basics to be purchased. Weekend to prepare for. Pets to be cared for, water to be changed, two baskets of folded laundry to be put away and a load each in the washer and dryer. A patch of 1970's linoleum needing to be mopped. House to be vacuumed, not to mention dusted. And then there are the bathrooms...didn't I just clean those? All of it. Waiting for me.
