I almost made that at Tgiving. I saw the recipe at All Recipes and laughed out loud when I read that it was considered "easy to make". Anything that involves making cake on a jelly roll pan and then rolling it up, letting it cool, unrolling it and filling and then re-rolling is FAR too difficult. Hell I can't even get a regular round cake out of a pan without breaking it into pieces! ha.
Oooh, good point Nicki! I've never made one, myself. I just like to eat them ;)
